By accessing or using LeoLeads (“the Service”), operated by LeoLeads Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

LeoLeads provides a web-based dashboard that aggregates publicly available building permit data from government open-data portals. The Service displays this data on interactive maps and tables for informational purposes.

3. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

All building permit data is sourced from public government databases. LeoLeads does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed. Permit statuses, valuations, and contact information may be outdated or incorrect. Users should independently verify all information before making business decisions.

4. User Accounts

You may create an account using Google Sign-In or email/password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account or allow unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service beyond normal use
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Redistribute data obtained from the Service without attribution
  • Use the Service to harass, spam, or contact individuals who have opted out

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of LeoLeads Inc. The underlying permit data is public information sourced from government portals and is not owned by LeoLeads.

7. Limitation of Liability

LeoLeads is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. In no event shall LeoLeads Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
